What are some of your favorite years in Big Japan?
For me,it's gotta be all of the 90's.and 2000 with the CZW feud,all really good stuff right there

my fave year thus far is 2005, probably because thats when i really got into bjw.

1998 by far, But I really enjoyed 2004 as well.

2005 because it made me a BJW fan. The Apache Army vs. BJW feud, the rise of Numazawa, the struggle for the tag belts in the fall of '05, there was just so much great stuff. 2006 was even better with really great singles deathmatches, many newcomers, the Sekimoto & friends vs. Apache Army feud and the tag deathmatches just got better and better towards the end of the year.

2004, the year of Ryuji Ito's first Death match title run, and most of my DVD's are from 2004 ;D

The best yeat IMO was from about 3/99 through 3/00 right before the CZW guys came in. This is what people would commonly refer to as the "deathmatch revolution" when guys like Honma/Yamakawa/WX/Winger stepped up and changed the way BJW deathmatches were wrestled.
2005 was also a very good year, and 2006 wasn't to shabby either. I only hope 2007 keeps it up.

-May 1999 to March 2000
-February 2005, especially Jun Kasai's comeback, from the rest of the year.
